How far in advance can I apply for a Mali visa?

The Mali consulate issues visas to Non US nationals that are valid for 3 months to 1 year. We recommend to take this duration into consideration and apply within 3 months of your travel. For USA nationals, although you are eligible for a 5 year visa, we recommend to apply within 3 months of your travel also.
