Can a minor have a second passport?

Yes, minors meeting the following criteria may be eligible to apply for and obtain a second passport:

  • The passport needs to be in two places at once. If you have the need to travel out of the country AND at the same time are in need of a travel visa for an upcoming trip.
  • The passport stamps from past traveled countries are not accepted in upcoming travel countries.

In cases where this is permitted, the minor must make a personal appearance with his/her parents at a Government Acceptance Office. Peninsula Visa can submit your application when you have received your sealed envelope from the Government Acceptance Officer.
