I lost my Singapore visa document. How can I get it replaced?

If you had already been issued with a valid visa but misplaced the copy, you can follow the steps to print out a copy of your visa:

Step 1: Go to Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) website at www.ica.gov.sg

Step 2: At ICA homepage, check on 'Check status/make appointment

Step 3: Under 'Check Status of Online Application'  click on Entry visa

Step 4: Click on 'Enquire Application Status'

Step 5: Key in your <Application Reference Number (this 19-character number will be in the email that was sent to you when your visa was approved) (DELXXXXXXSAXXXXXXX> and <Travel Document (Passport) Number (XXXXXXXX)> and click 'submit'

Step 5: If your application is approved, click on <Print Visa> to print out a copy of the visa.
