Will my biometrics be captured when I enter into India on my Evisa?

For E-visa holders, biometric details (fingerprints and digital photo) will be mandatorily captured at immigration on arrival in India.

When you arrive, look out for the Immigration counters for e-Visa/ETA travelers.

You will need to have a copy of the e-Visa/ETA in hand when you arrive in India. On presenting your e-Visa to the Immigration Officer on your first arrival, an e-Visa stamp would be endorsed on your passport.
