Is a Korea visa valid in an expired passport?

Given the case of  a valid Korea visa on an expired passport, with no name change, the visa will still be valid in the expired passport. In this case you will have to carry both, the new valid passport and the previous expired passport with the valid  Korea visa. You will carry both of these passports when going to Korea, until the Korea visa expires on the previous passport. Then you are eligible to apply for a new Korea visa in the newly issued passport.
