I haven't received my FedEx package. What should I do?

In rare cases, delays happen when returning travel documents back to our clients via FedEx. These errors are typically due to FedEx and are out of our control.

In the event your package did not arrive when scheduled, we advise the following:

  1. Record the tracking number of your package
  2. Track the package here: https://www.fedex.com/apps/fedextrack/
  3. Call FedEx at (800) 463-3339
  4. Provide the representative the tracking number for the package you require assistance with
